Joska has eight years of transaction experience that includes mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public offerings, and corporate transactions for publicly-traded and privately-held companies. His experience at Conexus encompasses a wide array of industries including flavor & fragrance, food ingredients as well as advertising.

Select transactions in Joska’s career include representing Senomyx in its sale to Firmenich,  Agilex on its acquisition of Fragrance West,  Savory Systems International on its sale to Brookside, Citratus Ibertech do Brasil on its sale to Symrise, and Lucta on its acquisition of Flavor & Fragrance Specialties.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Law/Policy from Baruch College, the City University of New York. He is fluent in German and proficient in Czech as well as French.  Joska is also currently learning Spanish.
